Online appications

Well the internet never stops amazing me!



There are so many applications out there, were do you start?



What I would like to know is who makes up the names for these applications? Dimdim and Yugma sounds like animals found in the amazon.

Instead of buying the well known software packages, we all could just access them off the intranet.

I have used delicious before in more Opal training I have attended.

I was not reall sure on our to create the link, will get back to you on this.

The library thing is a great idea to keep records you have read and reviews for future reference for customers but you know I work in a library and have read heaps of books but find it hard to remember 5 of my favourites.

Well finally, I now know what that little orange symbol means!!!!! yipee

I had joined bloglines at an Opal course at sate Library but I have now added my favourite sites from my favourites on my home computer, just waiting for those emails alerts to come in!

Hi again

I am already a Facebook user and do check it about twice a week. It's a great way to keep up to date with happenings in our friends lives.

I did notice that Sunshine Coast Libraries is also on facebook!!!!! plus my favourite wall sticker company of all time `Wallallure', check them out.

Hi All

Whoops, had a look at last time I was logged on and decided it was time to get moving so today I will try to finish all weeks in one.

After watching the video It has inspired me to start my own wiki. I am going way in October with our friends, so I will start a wiki for the holiday with a shopping list of things to take and we can tick off things as we buy them. Good plan I think!!

Well here goes!

I am hoping that Learning 2.0 will give me an insight into the big world of blogging.
I have always be interested in the concept of blogging but not really understood how it all works.
I am guessing I will be next to a expert before I am finished.
